Who we are
This website is operated by N4sec, an information security and compliance consultancy based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at contact [at] n4sectech.com.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you give it, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or embedded social media widgets.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That data is handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
Why we collect it and how long we keep it
We use the information from the contact form to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. Messages are delivered to our mailbox and kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact [at] n4sectech.com and we will respond within the timelines set by Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 as its provisions come into force.
Changes
If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
